Omeks × Red Bull

In this project, run in collaboration with Omeks, we united two interconnected jobs for Red Bull teams on a single platform: field material ordering and event operations. Both fed from the same warehouse, but ran separately.

Users sign in with their corporate Microsoft accounts; there is no separate password. The ordering side follows a familiar flow: product selection against stock, cart, manager approval, warehouse dispatch. The event side follows the field's own rhythm — while an event is being set up, the products to ship, cost items, and budget are entered step by step, and each product lands in its own owner's approval queue. Once all approvals are complete, the event automatically turns into warehouse dispatch orders.
